Tsunamis in paradise...

Time moves very slow here, you can't describe it, not even a tsunami warning bothers people here....

Last night word went round the beach bar a tsunami was on its way at 9am from Chile which worried a mass of tourists who scattered home. We woke up alive and went for a stroll on the beach to find some not very worried locals....
The morning walk turned into an island adventure, walking the whole island in 1 1/2 hours passing this on the way...
Torture.
Lunch anyone?
All the walking was tiring, milkshake time...
This bar certainly had things sussed...
Just another day...
Well the tsunami arrived, coming in at 0.25 meters and wasn't even worth a surf...
Land is cheap here, just £3,500 for a hectare and a halve...
Get yours and build one of these beauties...
It may take a few decades to build but definatly worth the wait. Another beach party was on the cards tonight, time to order in the Bintang, one of the best beers in the worlds.
In preparation for the evening activities, another sunset to checkout, even the clouds look great here...
Jut behind the clouds is the island of Lombok, featuring a spectacular volcano that provides hours of lightening and thunder shows at night. Tonight's beach party is at Samma Samma reggae bar, hosted by an incredible Balinese Rasta band be prepared for some serious jammin.

Tomorrow, another island  Gilli M....
