Fishing with DOLPHINS!!
After a morning on the dive boat everyone was a bit too excited by the fish and the boat trip was sorted! A quick call to a captain and the vessel arrived minutes later, geared up with Bintang on board. What wasn't mentioned was the possibility of bumping into dolphins in the first 2 minutes, only metres from the shore...The boat took us into the deep seas past Lombok, selfie time...Line fishing on the way with our local fisherman Django...Rods in and the fish came to play, catching some small red snappers, rainbow fish and the odd rock/fish...
Can't complain hanging around for a fish here really...Lads and their rods...Going for a long cast, fingers crossed...Turned out this one was going to need the two of us...What felt like minutes of pain tugging this beast in turned into hours...TUNA TIME...As the sun set and the clouds passed over we found ourselves surrounded in this great sunset cruising back to the island for dinner...
